These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of autoschoolguide.com and the services, content, search tools, school listings, program information, articles, forms, and other features available through Auto School Guide (collectively, the “Site”).

Auto School Guide is owned and operated by Weboganic Incorporated (“Weboganic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational Use Only

Auto School Guide is an independent school directory and editorial resource. Auto School Guide is not:

• A school, college, university, or training provider
• An accrediting agency
• An admissions representative
• An academic or career counselor
• A financial-aid provider
• An employment agency
• A government agency

Information provided through the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not academic, career, employment, financial, legal, or professional advice.

Use of Auto School Guide does not guarantee:

Always review the stated source, data year, geographic coverage, and methodology before relying on career statistics.

Accreditation, Certification, and Licensing

References to accreditation, certification, licensing, approval, or industry recognition are provided for informational purposes.

Auto School Guide is not an accrediting or licensing authority and does not independently grant, renew, suspend, or verify institutional accreditation, programmatic accreditation, professional certification, or occupational licenses.

Accreditation and licensing requirements vary by institution, program, occupation, and state. You should verify current status directly with the relevant accrediting body, licensing authority, certification organization, and school.

A school’s appearance on Auto School Guide does not mean that the school or every program it offers is accredited, approved, licensed, endorsed, or eligible for financial aid.

School Listings and Commercial Relationships

Auto School Guide may receive compensation from certain schools, training providers, advertisers, or business partners.

A commercial relationship may affect:

• Priority placement in search results
• Featured placement
• Enhanced profile presentation
• Participation in inquiry programs
• Advertising placement
• Visibility in selected areas of the Site

Schools with these relationships may be identified using labels such as “Featured Partner,” “Featured,” or another appropriate disclosure.

Paid or featured placement does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation decision, quality guarantee, or recommendation that a school is appropriate for every visitor.

The Site may also include schools with which Auto School Guide has no paid relationship. Compensation does not necessarily determine whether a school may be included in the directory, but it may influence placement, prominence, or presentation.

Visitors should independently compare schools and verify all material information before making an enrollment decision.

Request Information Forms

Certain school or campus profiles allow visitors to request information.

When you submit a Request Information form, you authorize Auto School Guide to transmit the information you provide to the specific school, campus, training provider, or authorized representative identified on the form.

The recipient may contact you according to the consent language displayed when you submit the form. Review the form carefully before submitting your information.

Submitting a form:

• Does not constitute an application for admission
• Does not guarantee that the school will respond
• Does not guarantee admission, financial aid, or program availability
• Does not create an educational, advisory, fiduciary, or employment relationship with Auto School Guide
• Does not require you to enroll or purchase anything

After an authorized inquiry is delivered, the receiving school’s privacy policy and communication practices also apply.

Do not submit false information, information belonging to another person without permission, or information for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Advertising Inquiries

Schools, training providers, agencies, and other organizations may use the Advertise With Us form to request information about advertising and directory opportunities.

Submitting an advertising inquiry does not create a contract, guarantee placement, reserve advertising inventory, or obligate either party to enter into a business relationship. Any advertising arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to:

• School and training-provider websites
• Government agencies
• Accrediting and licensing organizations
• Certification providers
• Financial-aid resources
• Career-information sources
• Advertisers and other third-party services

We provide these links for convenience and informational purposes. Auto School Guide does not own or control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, accessibility, products, services, forms, advertising, or privacy practices.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Administrative and Authorized Accounts

Certain Site features may be restricted to authorized administrators, editors, school representatives, contractors, or other approved users.

If you receive account credentials, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Use the account only for its authorized purpose
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law

You may not share credentials with an unauthorized person, attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, or access restricted areas without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Copy or use Site content to build, populate, train, improve, or operate a competing directory, database, commercial artificial-intelligence system, or lead-generation service
• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content or data without written permission
• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized inquiries
• Use automated systems to submit forms or generate artificial traffic
• Circumvent CAPTCHA, rate limits, access controls, security measures, or technical restrictions
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without written authorization
• Interfere with the Site’s performance, availability, or security
• Attempt to access accounts, databases, administrative areas, or information without authorization
• Impersonate Auto School Guide, Weboganic, a listed school, or another person or organization
• Misrepresent an affiliation, accreditation, endorsement, or commercial relationship
• Collect or use another person’s personal information without authorization
• Use the Site for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing purposes
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices
• Use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another party

Ordinary search-engine crawling that follows our technical instructions and is used to index publicly available pages is not prohibited by this section.

We may limit, suspend, or block access when we reasonably believe a user or system has violated these Terms or threatens the Site’s security or operation.

Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials, the Site and its original content—including articles, guides, copy, graphics, logos, page layouts, database organization, search presentation, software, and design—are owned by or licensed to Weboganic Incorporated and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Auto School Guide grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the public Site for personal, noncommercial informational purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

School names, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other institutional materials belong to their respective owners. They may appear on Auto School Guide for identification, informational, directory, or authorized promotional purposes. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Auto School Guide or imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Submitted Materials and Feedback

If you submit listing corrections, school information, photographs, descriptions, feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you represent that:

• You have the authority to provide them
• They are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Their use will not violate another party’s rights
• They do not contain unlawful or malicious material

You grant Weboganic a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, display, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve Auto School Guide.

This license does not give us ownership of your preexisting intellectual property.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless a separate written agreement protects it.

Copyright Concerns

If you believe material on Auto School Guide infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email info@weboganic.com and include:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the protected work
• The URL or clear location of the material in question
• An explanation of your concern
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible complaint.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Auto School Guide Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Weboganic and Auto School Guide disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Listings or statistics will always be current or complete
• Search results will identify every available school or program
• A school will contact you or accept your application
• A program will meet your educational, licensing, financial, or career goals
• Technical errors or harmful components will never occur

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weboganic Incorporated, Auto School Guide, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Reliance on a listing, article, statistic, search result, or other information
• An enrollment, financial, career, or employment decision
• Communications or transactions with a school or third party
• Unauthorized access, data loss, interruption, or website error
• Third-party websites, services, content, or conduct

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weboganic Incorporated, Auto School Guide, and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site
• Content or information you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another party’s rights

This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the Site or its users
• Investigate suspected misuse
• Enforce these Terms
• Comply with legal obligations
• Discontinue a feature or service

Sections that logically should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification—will survive.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the general agreement between you and Weboganic concerning use of the public Site, except where a separate written agreement applies.

A separate written advertising, service, data, or partnership agreement will control if it conflicts with these Terms regarding the subject of that agreement.
